The target must succeed on a Strength or Dexterity saving throw (its choice) or become grappled and take 2d6 bludgeoning damage. While grappled this way

  • The scarf occupies the creature’s space but remains attached to you

  • You cannot move further than 30 feet from that grappled creature

  • The creature is thedered

At the end of each of its turns, the creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.

At Higher Levels:
For each slot level above 1st, increase the damage by 1d6.
