You attempt to touch the person targeted in the casting, make a melee spell attack, on a hit, if there is a window within 50 feet, then the target is flung out of it, and the amount of hight needed for fall damage is halfed and the damage is doubled, if there is not a window within fifty feet, you take 1d6 force damage, and the target  takes 3d6
