SHIFT Cast

This spell is meant to pair with the SHIFT spell. Instead of the normal SHIFT effects, you can cast a spell on your normal spell list quicker than usual. For example, a 24 hour spell can be shortened to 8 hours, an 8 hour down to 1 hour, a 1 hour to a minute, a minute to an action, an action to a bonus action/reaction, or a bonus action to a reaction.
