Bargain With The Raven Queen

Once per Day, you can touch one fallen target, friend or foe, to bring them to the Realm of the Raven Queen.  Once there, you can bargain for the fallen one's life, ask for disposal, or attempt to open a dialogue with the Protector of Passage.  You may also choose to use it on yourself in order to seek counsel.  If you are in the midst of battle, you are removed from the initiative order, and taken out of the battle for as long as you are with the Raven Queen, up to 1 hour
