You conjure a surging wave of accelerated time that sweeps through an area. The wave forms in a 30-foot long, 10-foot wide, 10-foot tall line originating from a point within range and moving in a direction you choose. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw.
On a Failed Save
A creature takes 4d8 force damage, is knocked prone, and is dragged 10 feet in the direction of the wave as its body is pulled forward through moments it hasn’t lived yet.
On a Successful Save
The creature takes half as much damage and is not knocked prone or moved.
Temporal Aftershock
Until the start of your next turn, the affected area becomes difficult terrain, as time there reasserts itself unevenly—movements lag, footsteps repeat, and momentum feels wrong.
