When you cast the spell, choose a bet and roll 1d20. The result determines your fortune for the duration.
Even Bet (Red or Black)
Win on 11–20. Lose on 1–10.

Win: Once before the spell ends, you may add 1d8 to any attack roll, ability check, or saving throw after seeing the roll.

Lose: The first time you fail a d20 roll, you take 1d8 psychic damage and the spell ends.
Risky Bet (Dozen)
Win on 16–20. Lose on 1–15.

Win: You gain advantage on one roll of your choice before the spell ends.

Lose: You have disadvantage on the next roll you make, then the spell ends.
Impossible Bet (Single Number)
Win only on a natural 20. Lose on 1–19.

For the duration, you may treat one d20 roll you make as if you rolled a natural 20. -
Lose:
The next time you roll a natural 1, you instead roll two natural 1s (automatic critical failure if applicable), and the spell ends.
