While tethered:

• The target’s speed is reduced by 10 feet

• The target cannot move farther away from you by its own movement

At the start of your next turn, if the target is still tethered, you may use a bonus action to pull yourself in a straight line toward it, moving up to 15 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.

The damage increases by 1d6 at 5th level (2d6), 11th (3d6), and 17th (4d6).
