William's Crackling Crossbow

You magically alter a crossbow with electricity. Wielding it with both of your hands, which it floats between, you fire arrows of crackling, shocking energy. You can fire 3 arrows from the crossbow, each one being fired in the same action, which is the same action that you use to cast the spell. Up to three targets can be targeted by one arrow, or you may fire all 3 arrows at the same target, or two at one target and one at another.

When you attack a target, make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 piercing damage and 2d10 lightning damage.
