Any creature within your sight must make a Constitution saving throw. If they fail, the creature takes 8d8 Cold damage and only half as much on a Success. A plant creature or being of water automatically fails this save.
Targeting a nonmagical plant or source of water causes it to instantly freeze sold. This spell can freeze water up to a 20 foot radius.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 4.
