This spell normally granted by the Item: Stormeye

When you cast Fist of the Heavens, you raise your hand up to the sky (or ceiling,) clench your fist, and pull it down, using your will to manifest a single brilliant bolt of divine righteous destruction that deals 2d12 lighting damage to a target that you can see within 30 feet. The target takes half damage if they succeed on a [DC8 + your proficiency bonus + your spellcasting ability modifier] Constitution saving throw. Undead and Fiends have disadvantage on the saving throw. If you do not have a spellcasting ability, you may use your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma for the saving throw DC.

If the target fails the saving throw, Fist of the Heavens releases a 10 foot emanation from that creature's outer edges dealing 2d6 Radiant damage to all other undead and fiends, and heals all other living creatures for the same amount. (The emanation is released from the creature's edges, not from its center.)

When you cast Fist of the Heavens with level 2 or higher spell slot, the Lighting damage increases by 1d12 per level to a maximum of 10d12. If you use a 7th level or higher spell slot to cast Fist of the Heavens you may have it deal either Lighting, or Radiant damage. The Radiant Wave damage/healing increases by 1d6 for every two levels it is upcast to a maximum of 5d6.

This spell based off the Diablo 2 Skill (spell) of the same name.
