You motion your hand towards an undead creature that you can see within 30 feet of you and utter a short magical sentence, then make an Intelligence check against the Necromancer whom originaly summoned or resurected the undead creature you're trying to foil. If you beat the summoner's Intelligence score you succeed the check and the target undead goes limp and returns to being truly dead once again. It doesn't matter if the necromancer is nearby, other side of the world or straight up dead, you simply make the check against the Intelligence score they had when they created the undead creature. If there is no "necromancer-sorce", you can instead make the check against the undead's Intelligence score, making it very easy.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you gain a +1 to your Intelligence check related to this spell for each slot level above 4th.
