Vachier's Banishment

You attempt to send one creature that you can see within range to the "Allayz fair's foutre" plane of existence by verbally delivering a reproach addressed to the target. The reproach must be no more than 25 words and is understandable in any language. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be banished to the plane of Allayz fair's foutre.

"Allayz fair's foutre" is a tiny planetoid material plane which circumference is 250ft, where only a chair stands. While there, the target is restrained. The target remains there until the spell ends, or until the the creature verbally and sincerely accept the dirty dids that are attributed to them at which point the target reappears in the space it left or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied. If the target is not sincere when accepting its their wrongdoings, the target must succeed a (Deception) check against your spell save DC to return.

If the spell ends before 1 minute has passed, the target reappears in the space it left or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied. Otherwise, the target doesn't return until someone else enters the plane, in which case everyone in the plane except the creature entering it returns to their original plane.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 5th.
