Astrid's Howling Frostwake

The oceans swell to protect one that you care about and destroy those that would harm them. A spiral of ice and waves rushes out in a 10 foot radius from you or an ally you choose within 120 feet. All creatures of your choice within the area must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d8 Bludgeoning and 6d8 Cold damage and is forced away by 10 feet. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and is not moved.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the bludgeoning damage increases by 1d8 for each spell slot above 6th.
