You wrap your in a long strand of water and cast it out at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 2d10 bludgeoning damage, and if the creature is large or smaller, the creature is restrained and you can pull the creature up to 15 feet towards you. If the target is pulled with 5 feet of you, you can choose to immediately grapple it.
