You touch an arrow or bolt. It becomes charged with gravitational magic for 8 hours. When a creature is hit by a ranged weapon attack using this arrow it takes an extra 1d6 psychic damage and must make an intelligence saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save the target starts to behave as in a zero-gravity zone for 1 minute. It's walking speed is reduced to 0ft and it can only move if it or something else pushes it away. As the movement of the creature in this state is predictable, ranged weapon attacks on the creature have advantage whilst it is in this levitating state and there is no disadvantage from high ground on the target. The creature repeats the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a successful one. If it is still up in the air, it will take falling damage equal to the height it fell from.
