You channel your focus with the ability to rewrite the future and get rewarded for it.

When you cast this spell and you fail a check/saving throw within the duration window,  you can choose to roll again for another attempt. If you succeed, you do the action successfully and gain +5 gold pieces. If you fail, you do not do the action successfully and lose 3 gold pieces. If you do not have a sufficient amount of gold pieces left to spare if you fail, you take 1d4 force damage. 

 Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. Add 2 gold pieces to successful checks and 1 gold piece to failed checks for each spell level slot above 3.
