The user focuses on a cubic meter of space which experiences one year of time in what outside observers see as just one minute. Any creature must be completely within the cubic meter for the spell to work, they then make a constitution saving throw (dc: 10 + users level ÷ 2) on fail  They age one year, on success they don't.
