You expand your closed domain, a misty twilight seascape demiplane. The area becomes difficult terrain; creatures entering/inside can't teleport (as forbiddance). Each foe makes a Wisdom saving throw (your DC).
On failed save: Frightened (can't willingly approach you, disadv on attacks/checks vs you) + 3d6 psychic damage (half on success) at turn start + visions of their regrets. Track failed saves per foe.
On success: Half psychic damage; no frightened/disadv (difficult terrain remains).
Your Benefits:
- Ghost Mobility: Bonus action Dash or Disengage (3/turn); advantage on Stealth/attacks (mist hides you).
- Regret Probe: Sense surface regrets (as detect thoughts, no action).
