You touch a solid, nonmagical surface and render part of it optically transparent without altering its physical structure.
When you cast this spell, you can choose any solid, inanimate, non magical surface or object.
Object. If the target object is no larger than 10 feet in any dimension, it becomes fully transparent.
Surface. If the target is part of a larger continuous surface (such as a wall, floor, or ceiling), a contiguous section up to 20 feet long, 10 feet high, and 2 feet thick becomes transparent.
The affected area is visibly altered, appearing as a clear pane of glass to all creatures.
The material retains its full physical properties, including hardness, durability, and sound insulation. The spell does not create openings, weaken the material, or allow passage.
Creatures looking through the affected area have normal vision unless the material would logically distort sight (at the DM’s discretion).
If the target area contains magical wards, glyphs, illusions, or ongoing magical effects, the spell reveals only the physical surface beneath — it does not dispel or suppress magic.
The spell ends early if you lose concentration.
At Higher Levels
When casting this spell at 3rd level you can maintain concentration fo up to an hour, 4th level lets you maintain concentration for 8 hours and 5th level is 24 hours
