Zoltraak

A basic attacking spell that fires a beam of raw mana toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. A shield spell of equal or greater level blocks this spell completely.

This spell can be cast with a spell slot if desired. With a spell slot of 1st level, and for each slot level thereafter, the damage of this spell increases by 1d10.
