Blind

You channel the blinding brilliance of the Fire Crystal to sear a target's vision. Choose a creature you can see within range. If the target has 100 Hit Points or fewer, it is automatically Blinded as a spectral cinder of the Crystal's heart ignites within its mind. If the target has more than 100 Hit Points, the spell has no effect.

While a creature is blinded by this spell, the solar flare in its mind is so intense that it cannot benefit from Blindsight or Tremorsense. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make an Intelligence saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
