The spirit of a dragon inhabits you, granting you a fraction of it’s power. When you cast this spell you choose 2 of the following effects:
Maw: Your head morphs into a draconic visage. For the spell’s duration you have 60ft of blindsight and can use your action to make a breath weapon attack in a 15ft cone. If you cast the spell on yourself you instead make this attack as a part of the spellcast. The damage type for this attack is chosen when you cast this spell, and can be one of the following: fire, cold, lightning, acid or poison. Targets within this cone must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 damage of the chosen type on a failed save and half as much on a successful one.
Tail: A thick tail shoots out the base of your spine. It is considered a simple melee weapon with which you have proficiency, has a range of 10ft and uses your spellcasting ability for attack and damage rolls. On a hit it deals 2d6 bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed a strength saving throw or be pushed 10ft in a direction of your choice. This attack can be made as an action or reaction.
Claw: Your dominant arm is replaced with a colossal claw. This claw is considered a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient, has the reach property, and uses your spellcasting ability for attack and damage rolls. If you cast the spell on yourself this attack can be made as part of the spellcast. On a hit the target takes 4d8 slashing damage.
Wing: A pair of spectral wings appear behind you. For the spell’s duration you have 30ft flying speed.
Scale: your body covers in scales of a colour of your choice. For the spell’s duration your AC increases by 3 and you have resistance to one of the following damage types: Fire, Cold, Lightning, Acid, Poison.
Horn: A number of horns sprout from your head. The horns count as a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient and uses your spellcasting ability for attack and damage rolls. On a hit you deal 3d6 piercing damage and the target has to succeed a Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 slashing damage at the start of their next turn. This attack can be made as an action or a bonus action.
At Higher Levels: When cast using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, all damage rolls gain an additional die, flying speed is increased by 5ft and the tail pushes targets back an additional 5ft for each slot level above 2nd. When cast with 5th and 8th level spell slots and upwards choose an additional aspect respectively, up to 4.
