You channel the nascent power of the Water Crystal through your focus, condensing the air into a jagged column of absolute zero around a a creature that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw taking 2d8 + 1d6 Cold damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

This spell can be purchased from the Black Magic shop in Cornelia for 100gp.

Can be cast by Black Mage, Black Wizard, Red Mage, Red Wizard and Ninja Job Classes.
