You extend your hand and rapidly trace a sigil of warding in the air, protecting yourself from an incoming attack. You have resistance to the piercing, bludgeoning, or slashing damage associated with the triggering attack. This spell has no effect on other weapon effects, such as poison, or a paladin's wrathful smite.
