Whirling Wind

A strong Whirling Wind in the shape of a cylinder 8-feet in radius and 36-feet in height swirls around, picking up and throwing any thing in its 45-foot path. any character in its path must roll a strength saving throw, on a fail they are picked up and thrown back 20 feet. If thrown they take 1d8 damage and are prone. The path the spell takes becomes difficult terrain for the rest of the round.
