Each creature in a 10-foot-radius, 30-foot-high Cylinder centered on that point makes a Strength saving throw, taking 6d4 Slashing damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. If a creature is more than 10 feet off the ground, it has Disadvantage on its saving throw.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 2d4 for each spell slot level above 2.
