You unleash this dark spell of horror and redemption toward a creature you can see within range, engulfing it in black, necrotic fire. The target makes a Constitution saving throw, taking 7d8 Fire damage and 30 Necrotic damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

A Humanoid killed by this spell is wreathed in magic again at the start of your next turn. This spell forms a new body for the creature and calls the soul to enter that body. The body is that of an infant. Whether this new body is the same species as originally or a new form is up to the DM's discretion.
