You create a magical warp in space that resembles a vortex at a point you can see within range. The warp is a 2 ft. radius sphere that hovers at the point you chose. Creatures attempting to cast a spell within 20 ft. of the warp, must succeed a saving throw with their Spellcasting ability. If failed, the warp consumes that spell and holds it in stasis. You can use an action to move the warp up to 20 ft to a point you can see. When the spell ends, the warp is destroyed and any spells that were consumed by the warp are removed from stasis and cast as if they were cast at the location of the warp. In the case of spells that target specific creatures, they are cast on a random creature within 20 ft. of the warp when it vanishes if there are any creatures in that area.
