A piece of cheese no bigger than 3cm cubed appears in your hand, and persists for the duration. The piece of cheese, when consumed, grants 1 temporary hit point, and while the cheese is flavoursome, it grants no further nourishment.
The cheese dissipates if it has not been consumed within 1 hour of the casting of this spell.
