Whipping Hex

You summon whipping snow and ice to blind the target.

The target takes an extra 2d6 Cold damage from the attack. 

The target must also make a Wisdom saving throw or be Blinded by a ghostly blizzard which obscures their vision for one round.  

Damage increases at higher character levels. The damage increases to 3d6 at character level 5, 4d6 at level 9, 5d6 at level 13 and 6d6 at level 18.
