Confetti Cannon

Point anywhere within your line of sight and cast Confetti Cannon and a geyser of Confetti will erupt from that point in a small 6x6 inch cube for 1 round of combat or 1 minute outside of combat. The Confetti Cannon distracts completely engulfs the target in confetti. Being completely distracted allows you a free escape or cost them their turn in combat. This may be cast on inanimate objects. Leaves a huge mess behind.  Must be cast from a wand or staff.
