You twist a creature’s personal timeline forward by a fraction of a second. Choose one willing creature you can see within range. Until the start of its next turn, the target gains the following benefits:

• It gains a +2 bonus to initiative rolls if combat has not yet begun.
• It gains a +2 bonus to Dexterity saving throws.
• It can make one opportunity attack before the spell ends without using its reaction.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you may target one additional willing creature for every two slot levels above 1st.
