Blazing Glory

when triggered, blazing fire will envelope the fists of the user, this spell will continuously burn until dispelled, and cannot be used underwater, it also notably does not burn the user's hands as a normal fire would, nor will it spread to other surfaces 

when a user starts their turn with this spell active, or activates this spell, they take XD6 fire damage (X being their level divided by 4)

when the spell is active, if the user makes a melee attack with their fists, and the attack either hits or is within two armor classes of the opponent (for example, getting a 14 or 13 to hit on an opponent with 15 armor class) it deals XD6 damage (X being half their total level) to the opponent
