If the target failed its saving throw and you maintain concentration on the spell, it will take an additional 6d6 Necrotic damage at the start and end of its turns while within your sight. If the creature succeeded on its save, or is no longer visible to you, you lose concentration on the spell.

Posted Mar 21, 2026I just don’t think clerics should be allowed to harness the power of an abberant force…it’s like druids being allowed to cast Hunger of Hadar (they can’t…and for good reason).
