Glivodin’s Seizing Glance

You glance briefly at a creature you can see. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw or become Restrained and Stunned. If the creature is under the effects of the Sentence To The Void spell, it is instantly banished to the Void instead. A creature that succeeds on the saving throw is only Restrained, and if it is under the effects of the Sentence To The Void spell and succeeds on its save, its detainment chance increases by 50%.
