You speak a forceful, unnatural command that burrows into the mind of a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or fall under your influence. (DC 17- Can Hit two targets total)
On a failed save, the target becomes convinced—deeply and irrationally—that an ally of your choice within range has turned against them. The target must use its action each turn to attack that chosen ally to the best of its ability. If it cannot reach the target, it must move toward them by the most direct route.
While under this effect, the creature cannot willingly target you with harmful abilities and treats your commands as trustworthy, though it will not perform obviously self-destructive actions (such as jumping off a cliff).
While affected by this spell:
- The target gains resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
- If the target takes damage from a creature, it has advantage on its next saving throw against this spell.
At the end of each of its turns, the affected creature may repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
