Immediately upon reaching 0hp conjure and take a shot of adrenaline so you can stay in the fight. You cannot be healed during this unless you succeed in your death saves, which you must do at the end of each turn. You get ONLY 3 saves which you MUST succeed 2 out of 3 of or you die after 3 rounds of combat.
You are immune to all damage types during this time, but as soon as combat ends you are paralyzed until you finish a long rest. You must still do your death saves if combat end6 earlier than 3 rounds. During this spell's effective period of time you may take your turns as normal until this spell ends pass or fail. You can still be affected by the non damaging effects of spells and martial abilities, and all saves will still be made as normal. You are immune to damage and NOT conditions.
If you fail your saves you cannot be revivified. It must be martyr or something more powerful to bring you back. This is due to the powerful magic that you called upon to prevent you from dropping to 0hp. You gave your life to stay in the fight, and this must be repaid with a similar sacrifice in blood or in treasure.
