You concentrate crackling lightning into your palm and thrust it at an enemy with incredible speed and precision. The piercing chirp of thousands of birds screeching echoes as the lightning surges into your foe.
Chidori Strike:
-
You make a special melee spell attack as part of your Attack action.
-
On a hit, the target takes: 6d8 lightning damage
-
If the target is wearing metal armor or made of metal, you roll with advantage and they have disadvantage on saving throws caused by this spell.
-
Immediately after casting, you may move up to 60 feet in a straight line as part of the same action. This movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
-
If you move at least 20 feet before striking a creature with Chidori, it must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of your next turn.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the lightning damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
