A beam of cold green necrotic energy shoots from your pointing finger at a target you can see. The target must make a CON save versus your Spell Save DC.
On a failed save, the target takes 10d6 necrotic damage and begins to slowly rot from the inside out and defecate their own necrotized flesh.
On subsequent turns, the target must make a CON save vs your Spell Save DC+the number of turns it's been since the spell first affected them. For every turn they fail to make their save, the target takes an additional 3d6 damage and, if capable of feeling pain, is left unable to act. On a successful save, the target is able to act that turn, and only takes 1d6 damage.
On a successful initial CON save, the target takes half damage and only has to make a CON save on every other subsequent turn, vs your Spell Save DC.
The spell can be cured with a healing spell of 3rd level or above, or an equivalent healing potion.
For every spell level above 4th, the initial damage increases by 1d6, and the Save DC on subsequent turns increases by 1d4. So a 7th level Dreadful Collywobbles spell does 13d6 initial damage, and requires a roll of 3d4+your Spell Save DC+turn amount since initial cast to resist.
