Water Bow

You conjure a longbow made of water drawn from the air itself. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature or object in range. On a hit, the target takes 1d6 piercing and an additional 1d4 cold; as an arrow made of condensed water forms and strikes a single target. For the next minute as long as you concentrate you make an attack using this bow.

Cantrip Upgrade. The spell creates two Arrows at level 5, three Arrows at level 11, and four Arrows at level 17. You can direct the arrows at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each arrow.
