To activate this spell you must pour the bottle of ale on the ground in front of the target. The target must succeed a constitution saving throw equal to your spell save DC. On a falure the target becomes drunk for 2 rounds. If you cast this spell on someone who was not aware of you casting and they succeed the saving throw, they do not know it was you who cast the spell, but know something's going on.
