Line Beam

Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell DC.

It takes 2d10 strength damage on a failed save.

Half damage on a successful save.

The beam can curve around corners and is unaffected by half cover, but it does not pass through full cover.

Creatures or objects made of magical energy (such as an Arcane Lock, Mage Armor, magical barriers created by spells of 1st level or lower, etc.) have disadvantage on their saving throw against this spell.

Fragmented Bolt

Instead of the line, you can create up to 3 smaller beams.

Make a ranged spell attack for each beam against creatures within 60 feet.
Each beam hits and deals 1d8 strength damage.

You can direct multiple beams at the same or different targets.
