Weeping Chains

A spell that summons 4 chains from the ground. 

These chains will reduce base movement speed to 5 feet and limit spell casters to only verbal spells. Each chain has 5 HP and will break if a melee weapon is used on the target. 

Once released they are affected by Deep wound. This will reduce their movement by half and it will take a bonus,free , or normal action to be rid of.

Only one person can be affected

If DM allows this can cast and extra chain per 2 spell levels.
