Chin Flick

You snap your chin forward, releasing a sharp burst of kinetic force. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature within range. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed 5 feet away from you.
