Adaptive Immunity

You reinforce your defenses, turning resistance into complete protection.

When you cast this spell, choose one damage type for which you have resistance. For the duration, you are immune to that damage type.

Additionally, when you take damage of a type for which you have resistance, you can use your reaction to shift your protection. When you do so, you lose your current immunity and instead become immune to the triggering damage type for the duration.
