Vicious Orphans

5 orphans appear and insult the target. Target must succeed in a CON saving throw higher than the spellcaster's spell save. If failed, each orphan deals 1d4 damage. After the attack, the orphans stay on the field, using a commoner stat block. Batman: for each child, roll 1d20; if 20, that child becomes the Batman. If multiple 20s rolled, the other orphans become British.
