Agravain's Alacrity

You create and invoke a series of sigils representing peace, calmness, and fortitude. A wave of those feelings befalls a creature you can touch, including yourself, and they feel the effects wash over them. That creature regains 1d12+1 spell slots to be distributed between levels (e.g. a 5th level spell slot takes 5 points), they also gain healing equal to 3d8 plus your spell casting modifier.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the number of minimum spell slots regained is increased for each slot level above 5th.
