Chin Sap

You produce a glob of sticky chin‑sap and fling it at a creature or object within 10 feet. A creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or have its movement speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn.
If targeting an unattended Tiny object, the sap restrains it in place.
