Withering Rebuke

You lash out with a cutting magical rebuke that undermines a creature’s resolve.

Choose one creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be magically unsettled for the duration.

The next time the target makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, it must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the result. The spell then ends.

At Higher Levels. The die increases as you gain levels:

• 5th level: d6
• 11th level: d8
• 17th level: d10
