Any creature you touch immediately falls to the floor and starts gibbering unintelligible horrors as its eyes flash in every color. Said monster makes a DC 1 Charisma saving throw. On a success, anything caused by this spell vanishes, and the target gets back up confused but unharmed. On a failure, the creature immediately blows up as if a level 9 Fireball spell had been casted on it and leaves no remains.
